  • We begin with a discovery call designed to understand you, your business, and your vision.

    What isn’t working in your current online presence?

    From there, I develop a strategic foundation for your website—defining the structure, refining your messaging, and shaping a user experience that attracts the right audience and supports intentional growth.

  • To secure your project and reserve space in my calendar, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

    This allows me to dedicate focused time and attention to your project, ensuring a thoughtful, high-quality experience from start to finish.

    Once your deposit is received, you will receive a comprehensive welcome package with scheduling details and everything I will need from you to begin your project seamlessly and with clarity.

  • This is where your vision takes shape.

    I design and build your custom website, creating a digital space that reflects the quality and care behind your work. Your brand is translated into a polished, professional online presence—one that mirrors the craft and precision of your culinary expertise.

    Throughout this phase, I keep you closely involved, incorporating your feedback to ensure every detail feels aligned and authentically you.

  • We refine every detail—from final copy edits to mobile responsiveness—ensuring your site feels seamless across every touchpoint.

    Once everything is approved, we move into launch preparation. During this stage, I will walk you through your website so you feel confident managing it moving forward. Final payment is collected prior to launch.

    By the end of this phase, you will have a website you are genuinely proud to share—one that positions you for the growth you’re ready for.

  • The timeline depends on the package and complexity of your project.

    • PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE (4–7 Pages): 3 weeks from project start to launch.

    • PREMIUM PACKAGE (8–12 Pages ): 4 weeks from project start to launch.

    These timelines require your content is prepared and submitted 1 week prior to start.

  • The best way to prepare is to start gathering inspiration for your website. Collect examples you love (and ones you don't), existing brand materials (logos, colors, fonts), photos of your work, and your content—text, images, and branding files (unless branding is part of your package). Think about your ideal clients: Who are they? What do they need to know before they book you?

    During our discovery call, we will walk through all of this together. I will ask the right questions to clarify your goals and vision. The more prepared you are, the smoother the process—but I am here to guide you every step of the way.

  • I totally understand that life happens! That said, to be fair to you and every other client in my design calendar, I do stick firmly to my schedule — everyone's dates are held especially for them, and shifting one affects everyone down the line.

    If you need to reschedule, do reach out to me as soon as possible. Please know that rescheduling requires 14 days written notice, and your initial payment is non-refundable and non-transferable — it won't carry over to a new design date. We would need to start fresh with a new booking and a new initial payment.

    The best way to avoid this? Keep on top of your conent prep! I'll send you everything you need to get organized well in advance so we can make your two weeks as smooth and enjoyable as can be.

  • The first payment (30% deposit required to book calendar) is made upon booking, the second payment is due on the first day of our design period and the final payment is due the day before the last day of our 3 or 4 week design period.

  • Which plan depends a bit on which features and functionality your website will have. I’ll help you pick the best plan for you when we hold our Squarespace lesson on the final day of the design period. As a perk of working with me, a member of the Squarespace Circle, you’ll receive 10% off your Squarespace plan for the first year.

    • Privacy, Cookies or Terms legal policies
      (you must supply your own, or I can recommend templates or generators that you can purchase if you don’t have these in place)

    • Squarespace hosting, domain, or email fees
      (these are an additional subscription cost).
